How to improve Metabolism?

Meaning of Metabolism:

Metabolism means all the chemical & physical processes in the body that make use of energy or convert energy. In other words, Metabolism is a process in the body that converts what you eat and drink to energy in order to maintain life.


Metabolism processes includes Blood Circulation, Breathing, Digestion, Controlling Body Temperature, Contracting Muscles etc.

To improve metabolism, one can follow different methods. Here are a few important and easy ways to boost metabolism :
• Yogasanas & Pranayama
• Eat plenty of protein 
• Drink more water
• Exercise Regularly
• Walk more
• Get a good night’s sleep
• Use Coconut Oil for cooking

Yoga is a wonderful practice to improve metabolism and keep yourself fit & active. Here are some of the Asanas that help in boosting your Metabolism :
